Burley Crownley 9412 Wood Burning Stove

If you're looking for a large wood burning stove that is capable of providing plenty of heat for larger rooms or open-plan living areas, the Burley Crownley 9412 could be the one for you! Exceeding Ecodesign regulations, the Crownley features a 4 stage combustion process, consisting of a single easy to use control lever with air injection holes just above the flames to create Burley's renown fireball flame picture, massively reducing soot and ash build-up.

Capable of accepting large logs up to 580mm (22¾") in length, this powerhouse woodburner features a huge, ceramic double-glazed viewing window which is surrounded by a solid cast iron door, which provides a spectacular view of the flames. The robust looks of this impressive wood stove will complement both classical and contemporary interior design schemes.

The Burley Crownley utilises the latest technology combining impressive efficiency (84.1%) and performance in a stylish and strong steel body with huge glass viewing window. The plate steel sections are 5mm and 8mm thick and are welded by robots with the welds applied in exactly the right place and in exactly the right thickness resulting in the steel sections being melted and fused together to make a virtually indestructible construction. Weighing in at a mighty 145kg, you can be assured that this cutting-edge stove is built to last giving years of dependable service.

From Burley's 'Firecube' range, it features an advanced heat exchanger. This heat exchanger scrubs the energy from the hot gasses before they go up the chimney and puts more warmth into your home.

The combination of efficient burning and heat recovery means that Burley are the ONLY company who guarantee that their wood burners will deliver more warmth and use less fuel than any comparable stove you may currently have. The Burley Crownley 9412 has passed the tests for the upcoming EcoDesign directive. Ecodesign Compliant stoves have been third party independently verified as meeting the maximum emission limits for particulate matter (PM), organic gaseous compounds (OGC), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), as well as the minimum limits for seasonal efficiency. The Crownley is not DEFRA approved and therefore not suitable for use in smoke controlled areas.

An optional Outside Air Kit can also be purchased as a Standard Room Seal Kit or Angled Room Seal Kit. The Standard Kit connects directly from the rear of the fire to the back wall. The Angled Kit exits at 900 from the rear of the fire. This can then be connected to standard ducts (available from builders’ merchants), to create a path to an outside wall. A maximum of five 900 angles may be used.

Included free with the Crownley 9412 is Burley's 'Thank You' pack which typically contains:

• Spanner to attach and adjust the tension of the air control lever
• Coaster to protect the top of your stove
• Moisture Meter to ensure your wood is dry
• Stove Paint in case you prefer black handles or ever need to touch up any paint work
• Heat Resistant Glove
• Scoop for removing ash
• Allen Key should you wish to adjust the door handle
• A Mug to enjoy a cup of tea whilst admiring the fantastic flame picture
