Engineered with precision in Holmfirth, Yorkshire, this British-made stove combines high-grade steel and cast iron to deliver a robust, airtight combustion system with exceptional efficiency and eco-conscious design.
Sleek, Contemporary Design
With a fresh, contemporary look, the Avance 500 stands out among Dunsley’s esteemed range of stoves. It features a large, crystal-clear glass window, allowing for a mesmerising view of dancing flames, creating a warming ambience. Finished in a sleek black high-temperature paint, this stove exudes style, while optional colours are available to suit any décor. The stove can be mounted on an optional log store base, elevating it to eye level and providing a practical space for storing logs, adding both convenience and elegance.
Exceptional Efficiency and Control
Compliant with EcoDesign 2022 standards, the Dunsley Avance 500 boasts an impressive A+ energy rating, meeting stringent European standards for low emissions and efficiency. It offers a nominal heat output of 5kW, ideal for standard-sized rooms, with a variable output range between 2.5kW to 7.5kW, depending on the type and quantity of wood used. With an efficiency rating of up to 81.2%, this stove ensures optimal fuel use, saving on energy costs while minimising environmental impact.
The Avance 500 is designed with high-level controllability, providing responsive adjustments for both high and low burns. A precision-engineered slide control allows users to find the perfect burn rate easily, delivering steady warmth and reducing the need for constant adjustments. This controllability translates to quick temperature responses, enabling you to switch between fast heating and low, slow-burning settings with ease.
Versatile Installation and Fuel Options
Designed to fit into various setups, the Avance 500 includes both rear and top flue outlets, accommodating a 5” (125mm) flue pipe. For households requiring rear flue installation, a conversion kit is available free of charge when ordered with the stove. An optional solid fuel kit allows the stove to burn smokeless fuels in addition to wood, making it versatile for different heating needs.
Additional Features:
- Log Capacity: With a generous log bed, the Avance 500 can accept logs up to 450mm, reducing the need for frequent reloading and extending the stove’s burn time.
- Outside Air Kit: An optional outside air kit can be fitted, allowing the stove to draw combustion air from outside, an excellent choice for energy-efficient homes.
- Quality Assurance: Every Dunsley stove undergoes rigorous quality checks at each stage of production. Independently tested and approved by KIWA laboratories, the Avance 500 meets all standards for safe and efficient operation, including compliance with BS EN 13240:2001.
