Standard electric fires such as the Celsi Ultra FX Acero Electric Fire will be delivered using a Premier courier service. We will contact you to book-in a suitable delivery date as soon as we're ready to dispatch your item(s). The courier service we use has a service where they will send you a text message on the morning of the delivery to advise on a 1 hour time slot when your item(s) will arrive.
Current delivery times for the Ultra FX Acero is approximately 3-5 days however, this is dependant on stock levels at time of placing an order. Once an order is placed, we will contact you to advise if there is likely to be any delays on the estimated delivery time.
