The Cassius 950 is a complete designer gas fireplace comprising of a low, wide marble surround and hearth plus a landscape feature gas fire with log fuel effect operated by a convenient slide control located at the front of the fire. Part of an exclusive range of innovative gas suites from Elgin & Hall, the Cassius 950 has the advantage to be suitable for installation into both Class 1 and Class 2 flues including shallow Pre-Cast flues.

Normally found in properties built after 1960, Pre-Cast flues are recognisable by a ridge vent on the roof line, and built from concrete or clay blocks, usually within the wall cavity, the expelled gasses are vented through this shallow passage and out of the roof. Normally, homeowners living in properties with a Pre-Cast flue have limited options when looking for a new fire. Shallow standard sized inset gas fires or traditionally designed outset fires that sit on a hearth are the standard choice but with the new Elgin & Hall Cassius 950 you have the ability to add a fashionable, designer marble fireplace suite which incorporates an huge, landscape feature gas fire that lets the flames take center stage!

The stunning marble surround and hearth is offered in a choice of white with grey inlay or all white.
