The Kinder Kalahari Plus gas fire comes from a new breed of fires that offer higher efficiency whilst still retaining the beauty of a open, living flame effect. This versatile model is available with Kinder's exclusive range of designer fascia frames allowing you to create a unique look that works beautifully with your fireplace and existing interior fittings.

Kinder Fires 5 Year WarrantyWith a inset depth of 170mm, the Kalahari Plus is suitable for both Class 1 and Class 2 flues subject to you having the required inset depth for recessing the fire into. It boats enviable, ultra-realistic flames with a warming, glowing fire bed and flickering flames.

The standard model is operated by discreetly located manual controls hidden behind the fascia at the bottom of the fire. You also have the option to change to a slide control model with a lever at the top side of the fire giving full control of the on/off and flame height. For the ultimate in ease of control, there is a remote option giving full operation without leaving your seat!

As well as the improved efficiency rating compared to standard open-fronted gas fires (68.3%), the Kinder Kalahari Plus has a extremely impressive maximum heat output of up to 4.2kW - ideal for most room sizes. Option to add a pebble fuel bed at extra cost*.

*If pebble fuel bed is chosen, you receive this as an extra fuel bed pack with coals also supplied.
