Set behind a glass front, the ultra-realistic log effect fuel bed mimics the character of a real fire. Armchair operation allows you to turn the fire on, adjust the flame height and set the thermostat to provide ambiance and comfort whenever you need it!
Black glass lining are normally a cost option upgrade on most fires of this type. However, on the Panache 8040 they are supplied as standard and create a gorgeous effect by reflecting the dancing flames and giving the illusion of a much deeper fire chamber.
This verstatile, premium gas fireplace can be installed in a variety of ways. Choose the fire without a trim and combine it within a custom fireplace for a more classical look. Opt for Charlton & Jenrick's Prestige steel trim and create a contemporary 'hole-in-the-wall' style fireplace feature where you won't need a hearth (subject to manufacturers minimum height from floor).
Impressive maximum heat output of 4.5kW mean you can use the Panache 8040 to heat the room you spend the majority of time in rather than your central heating and therefore reduce heating bills. It's also a high efficiency appliance rated at 78%.
You also have the option of installing custom-made stone/granite slips around the fire to your preferred sizes that will frame the fire perfectly and show it off like a piece of fine art!
On the remote control model only, you have the option to upgrade to an authentic log effect fuel bed which features a deeper fire box.
When installing the Panache 8040 as a 'hole-in-the-wall' fireplace, we always recommend using the dedicated steel trim or custom stone/granite slips around the fire. Due to the heat produced by the fire, if installed without a trim, hairline cracking of the plaster around the opening may occur.
