Strong, steel body and charming curved cast iron door, top plate and leg plinth, the Rochester 7 will create an alluring feature in any home. Finished in stylish metallic black with contrasting polished band at the bottom of door.
Designed for larger living spaces with a nominal heat output of 7kW when burning wood, the Portway Rochester 7 can also be adapted to suit standard sized rooms using optional reducing bricks which, when fitted inside the stove change the heat output rating to 5kW and therefore remove the requirement for additional ventilation (air-brick) in most instances. This option means that you can take advantage of a substantial sized appliance that will provide a stunning feature without the heat output being to high for your room size.
The Portway Rochester 7 multi-fuel stove has a impressive efficiency rating of 78.2% and is packed with the very latest innovative features that aid combustion and controllability. Primary and secondary air controls at the front of the appliance offer simple operation ensuring you cane easily set the burn rate to the optimum setting. The large glass viewing window is kept clear of any build-up thanks to the stoves active Airwash system and an externally controlled riddling system allows the ash and cinders from smokeless fuels to be riddled into the ashpan, maintaining the primary airflow through the fuel bed.
The Rochester 7 has passed the tests set by DEFRA for emissions allowing use in smokeless areas imminently. This means even homes located in smokeless areas can legally burn wood or smokeless fuels on this appliance. CE Approval to standard BS EN 13240.

Due to the size and weight of this model, the Portway Rochester 7 multi-fuel stove will be delivered to you on a palletised delivery service. All pallet deliveries are kerbside/front door delivery only, so please arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.
