Portuguese Limestone is natural stone, cut straight from the earth. The stone is sedimentary limestone formed over 50 million years ago. Portuguese Limestone features characteristic darker veins on the light background, intermingled with fossils of plants and animal life all adding to the beauty and individuality of this great material.

The Cartmel is a 48" complete fireplace suite comprising of a mantel with simple, clean lines and a detailed top shelf, a matching 3-piece back panel allowing you to combine with most gas or electric fires and a 48" hearth with decorative edging. It's a popular choice for both classical and contemporary settings and will create an extremely stylish centrepiece in your home.

These dimensions work well in most room sizes and you have the option of combining it with an existing gas or electric fire or choosing a new model from our extensive range or we offer.

Please note: Due to rising freight charges, we are now being forced to charge extra for delivery to certain Scottish postcodes.

Due to the size and weight of this fireplace, the Gallery Cartmel Limestone Fireplace will be delivered to you on a palletised delivery service. All pallet deliveries are kerbside/front door delivery only, so please arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.

Current delivery times for the Gallery Cartmel is approximately 7-10 days however, this is dependant on stock levels at time of placing an order. Once an order is placed, we will contact you to advise if there is likely to be any delays on the estimated delivery time.
