Vermont Castings Encore Two-in-One Wood Burning Stove

Producing immense heating performance combined with the very latest features, the Vermont Castings Encore wood burning stove is supplied with a 2 in 1 combustion system allowing you to choose between standard and catalytic operation. With a nominal 8kW of glorious heat, even the largest rooms will be kept warm and cosy on those cold winter evenings.

The top hotplate doubles up as a cooking plate which is ideal for boiling a kettle and there is a top loading facility that reduces smoke entering the room when loading fuel. The Vermont Encore woodburner can take large logs up to 610mm and with automatic thermostatic operation, you benefit from more even heat distribution.

An Airwash system ensures the ceramic glass windows on the double doors stay clear from debris giving you a optimum view of the flames. The stove can also be used with the doors open when fitted with a 200mm flue system. In addition to the many features on this sophisticated stove, a swing out ashpan allows safer and easier cleaning.

The Vermont Encore is offered in a choice of classic black plus two beautiful gloss enamelled finishes. The optional spark screen available for this stove is only suitable for use with 8" flue installations. Now DEFRA approved allowing you to burn wood even in smokeless zones.

The classic matt black finish version is offered with a choice of attractive Lattice door detail or for those who prefer to have an unobstructed view of the flames, a Plain door. On the gloss Bordeaux finish model, it's supplied with Lattice door only.
