A cornerstone of the Fireline collection, the FQ 5kW Wide model offers captivating designer aesthetics. Boasting an even larger glass viewing panel compared to its original 5 Wide counterparts, the FQ features subtle curves and angles in its substantial cast iron door frame, enhancing the magnificent fire view within.
Personalise the FQ5W stove with optional additions like the solid stainless steel bar handle and log store stand. With its elegant balance and commanding presence, the FQ effortlessly transforms any living space into a tranquil retreat, complementing a wide array of fireplace and interior styles.
Standard across all Fireline stoves are multi-fuel functionality, along with Ecodesign 2022 certification, DEFRA Exemption, and clearSkies Level 5 certification, ensuring unparalleled quality and environmental performance.
Utilising Charlton & Jenrick's patented tertiary air-profiling system, the Fireline FQ5W achieves the pristine combustion and exceptional efficiency demanded to surpass the 2022 Ecodesign Directive standards. This patented technology meticulously shapes the tertiary air within the burn chamber, resulting in vivid, well-defined flames and thorough combustion. Thanks to this innovative tertiary air inlet system, Fireline stoves ignite swiftly and burn cleanly, emitting minimal emissions for a greener, more environmentally conscious heating solution.
A powerfule Airwash system facilitates the clean burning process of the stove, yielding a High Definition (HD) flame picture. This distinctive air control mechanism ensures automatic air distribution through a straightforward single lever burning control, effectively preventing glass sooting and preserving a clear view of the flame picture.
Fireline wood burning and multi-fuel stoves provide heating with patent pending advanced firebox combustion technology developed exclusively in their Telford laboratory, which results in their cleanest burning, most efficient stoves yet. Their combustion technology is developed to harness the unique Fireline designed air-wash as an integral part of the system and not just an add-on like older designs of stove.
The end result is a cleaner heat, cleaner home, cleaner flue and a cleaner, greener environment. They test, develop and evaluate performance at low air settings as well as high which ensures that their stoves perform with the very best. All but the smallest Fireline 4kW wood burning model have now achieved DEFRA exemption for burning logs in smokeless zones, something of a formality for them when clean burning is designed and developed into the products from conception.
The FQ5W performance is the result of constant investment in research and development. Fireline only produce products using 100% British 3D CAD designs and exacting assembly standards. Materials are selected using quality cast iron, stainless steel, mild steel, ceramic glass and high- grade heat resistant coatings. Manufactured using the latest CNC laser profiling and press-brake technology together with seam welding and traditional iron founding techniques.
Wood burning using the Fireline FQ5W high performance stove is not only environmentally responsible but the powerful heating effect combined with the warm ambience of the flame pictures from the very large air washed glass panels simply cannot be beaten.
The EcoDesign compliant FQ5W provides the large looks of the 8kW wide screen stove but maintaining the nominal heat output at 5kW. This is achieved by a subtle reduction in depth of the grate area whilst the over-all 500mm width of the stove is the same as the larger 8kW model. This means that full 14.5" logs (375mm) can be accommodated on the standard multi fuel capable grate which incorporates a rotary riddle mechanism using well proven principles.
With a firebox lined with compressed vermiculite insulating board and Fireline’s own patent pending firebox air supply technology means that clean burning was assured from the beginning – CE and DEFRA compliance were a formality. High efficiency ensures top levels of fuel economy and the highly effective, proven Fireline air wash system gives fabulous views of the fire through the large glass panel.
