AGA Ellesmere EC4 Multi-Fuel Stove

The Ellesmere EC4 is a multi-fuel stove capable of burning either dry seasoned wood, Smokeless - Ancit, Centurion, Coalite (Nuts), Maxibrite, Phurnacite, Sunbrite (Doubles), Extracite, Blazebrite, Anthracite (Large Nuts), Welsh Dry Steam Coal (Large Nuts). When burning either wood or smokeless solid fuel, it can be used even if you live in a smokeless area and will provide a nominal heat output of 4.5kW on wood and 3.8kW on solid fuels.

This is a brand new model for 2019 and boasts aesthetic improvements, enhanced performance and benefits from being EcoDesign Ready compliant. The EC4 stove features a built-in heat shield which allows for a reduced clearance to combustibles (250mm rear). Capable of direct air connection as standard.

Excellent high efficiency with an interchangeable top or rear 125mm (5") flue outlet allowing for numerous installation options. The Ellesmere EC4 also incorporates the latest Active Airflow technology, to deliver the most efficient use of energy and to protect the environment from harmful emissions. Fresh air is carefully channelled below, around and above the fire box to create the optimum conditions for combustion. Any solid particles and volatile gases produced from the fire are re-ignited and burnt off before they can enter the atmosphere.

In most instances, the AGA Ellesmere EC4 does not require additional ventilation (room vent) and is equally suited to installations into country cottages or modern town-houses. The stylish, modern design constructed from steel with a heavy duty cast iron door is timeless and will become a much loved addition for your home.
