For complete safety and peace of mind, the Eko 5090 incorporates an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS), which detect when the oxygen levels in the room fall below a specified level and cause the pilot flame to lift away from the sensing probe. This activates the Flame Failure Device (FFD), which cuts off the gas supply to the fire and renders the appliance safe.
The panoramic fascia on this designer gas fireplace is offered in your choice of sleek, black granite or cool, natural limestone. It is the perfect companion to highlight the wide strip of dancing flames set behind a glass window. Operated by manual controls concealed on the appliance engine. On maximum setting, the room will benefit from 2.6kW of heat and on minimum, the output reduces to 1.5kW.
Designed for installation in to most rooms in your home including lounges, dining rooms, kitchens and conservatories of at least 30m³ (typically 11' 6" x 11' 6" with an 8' high ceiling). The Eko 5090 (as with all flueless gas fires) requires a 100cm² air vent in the room where the fire is installed.
Simple 'hang-on-the-wall' installation. Flueless fires incorporate the latest in technology and do not need a chimney or flue to operate. Instead, the combustion gases pass through a catalytic converter system, positioned at the top of the appliance, which converts carbon monoxide into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapour, levels of which are so low they are typically present in fresh air. In fact, the catalytic converter works so effectively that it can actually help to clean the air by neutralising airborne particles and odours, therefore helping to reduce household allergies.

The courier service we use has a service where they will send you a text message on the morning of the delivery to advise on a 1 hour time slot when your item(s) will arrive.
